Felipe Calderón Wins Mexico Presidential Election. With 100% of the votes counted the question is by how much? A dramatic all-night count that the daily El Universal newspaper dubbed "The Night Mexico Did Not Sleep." The difference - 0.58% or 243,934 votes. Lesson #1 - Vote!
